SIBA Builders and Remodelers are committed to the Quality Assurance Builder Standards (“QABS”).  The QABS program provides homeowners with written standards that are approved statewide for residential construction.  SIBA builders and remodelers are committed to meeting these statewide standards when they build or remodel your home.  QABS standards will be part of your contract, and you will receive a written or electronic copy of the standards.  The QABS program also provides that your construction or remodeling contract include provisions to resolve disagreements that arise between the QABS Standards and your construction project.  Choose a SIBA builder or remodeler so your project can benefit from the QABS program.
