SIBA membership is divided into Builder Members and Associate Members, all of which must have established a reputation for skill and integrity and promote the purposes and objectives of the Southwestern Indiana Builders Association.
Builder Membership is open to any individual, partnership or company that is actively engaged in development, building or remodeling. This includes custom home builders, remodelers, production home builders, light commercial builders, and apartment builders.
Associate Membership is open to any individual, partnership or company that is affiliated in any way with the home building industry. This includes remodeling-related maintenance and refurbish-types of services such as roofing, siding, floor refinishing, etc.; as well as services ranging from accounting to interior design to mortgage finance to wood trim.
Civic organizations, business organizations, social clubs, mutual benefit organizations and all other types of membership organizations are not eligible to join SIBA.
